1.introduce:


Aluminium Finish Self-adhesive Bituminous Waterproofing Membrane is  composed of synthetic rubber like SBS,good road asphalt andviscosity increaser.with  or without polyester felt. The upper surface is covered by PE film.aluminum  foil film or sand; the silicon depositing release film is covered on the lower  surface as anti-sticking layer. Perfect waterproof system is an important  guarantee for waterproof project quality and its longstanding performance. 6.Constructions - Pre-applied:
 1)Clean the substrate,water it to make sure  there is no dust,litter and no water piling up
 2)Brush the slurry or polymer cement-based  flexible waterproofing coating
 a)The layer thickness would better be  2mm-3mm when using polymer cement-based flexible waterproofing coating,noting  to press it even;Paint a chamfer of 50mm radius during substrate treatment at  reentrant corner;Brush the primer 100mm-300mm at length and width more than the  membrane
 b)The layer thickness is usually at 2mm  when using the proportion at 1 to 2 between water and slurry;Paint a chamfer of  50mm diameter during substrate treatment at reentrant corner;Brush the primer  300mm at length and width more than the membrane
 3)Strengthen detailed treatment
 4)Scaling up the membrane
 Release the lower surface separation  membrane,pave it on the waterproofing coating or slurry.The joint width should  not less than 60mm
 

7.Cautions
 7.1 Don’t install if the temperature is lower than 0 ?.the basement is polluted.there are water or ice on basement.
 7.2 Don’t install with others construction processes at the same time.if  need to install others facilities on ready waterproof layer.take actions to protect  the waterproof layer from damage and the waterproof layer under facilities  should be reinforced.
 7.3 Don’t put any material.machines or facilities on ready waterproof  layer.and don’t touch the waterproof  layer with any sharp objects in order to prevent the waterproof layer from  damage.
 

8.Packaging,storage and shipping
 •Product is packed into  rolls with plastic wrapper
 •Avoid sunlight and  rain,store it under current and dry. The temperature should lower than 50?,putting it upright and the stories less than 2
 •Shelf life is 1 year  under normal condition
