1.Introduction

Polyester  Reinforced Self-adhesive Bituminous Roll Material is a special self-adhesive  and creeping compound who is composed of Stylene-Butadiene-Stylene (SBS)  thermoplastic elastic modified bitumen and cementitious material as dipping and  coating material.synthetic polymer (HDPE.HEVA. PVC) as reinforcement.and  polyethylene (PE) film as insulation. By adopting wet- applied/pre-applied.DCPS  membrane can supply a gapless complete waterproof sealing system.it will  construct a strong bonding between waterproofing membrane.polymer cement and  basement.so realized full and permanent combination.forming a reliable “Skin  Type” waterproofing system.

3.Features
 3.1  Good performance of tensile strength.elongation.creeping and self-healing.
 So it  is very adaptive to base deformation shrinkage.and cracks.
 3.2  Low requirements for substrates and short construction period
 No  mater wet or non-level substrates are available to apply. No need to primer.high  flexibility of application.being not influenced by temperature.more remarkable  advantages while in rain days.all above become the most power weapon to shorten  the construction period.
 3.3  Easy to overlap and seal
 The  materials not only has adhesive itself which can reach self-adhesive overlap  firmly.but also can tightly bond to coatings like SPU that be brushed on its  surface. These features solve the difficulty in pipe lining.winding up and  joint.achieving seamless process of membranes. 
 3.4  Adhesion Reliable & Convenient to Be Checked &Repaired
 wet-application  membrane can make a good and lasting bond to the structure. If there is local  failure on the membrane.water would be confined in a limited area without  fluid-channeling. Even there is seepage.the seepage point would be at the breakage  point.which makes it easy to repair the leakage.

6,Constructions  - Wet Application:
  

 

6.1  Wet-Applied:
 6.1.1  substrate treatment: remove dust.debris from the substrate surface.dry surface  should be wetted out first.but no ponding left. These sharp corners should be  treated by mortar first with min. 50 mm radius for internal and min. 20 mm  radius for external corner.
 6.1.2  Scrape a thin layer of cement (mortar) over the substrate surface.mortar layer  shall be wider than membrane by 100~300mm.
 6.1.3  All joints (corners.construction joints.post-cast strips.deformation joints and  through-wall pipelines) should be reinforced first.
 6.1.4  Peel off isolating film of the membrane lower surface.pave the membrane onto  mortar layer along the alignment.and keep min. 60 mm overlap for joint area.
 6.1.5  Press it down.exhaust any trapped air.and make sure membrane and mortar having  a tight contact for the entire area.
 6.1.6  Use a hand-hold press roller to roll and press the lapping area.exhaust air.and  ensure a tight bonding.
 6.1.7  acceptable check.
 6.1.8  Advantages: the construction of the base surface can be damp.suitable to apply  in rainy reasons
 

7.Cautions
 1  )Don’t install if the temperature is lower than 0 ?.the basement is polluted.there  are water or ice on basement.
 2)  Don’t install with others construction processes at the same time.if need to  install others facilities on ready waterproof layer.take actions to protect the  waterproof layer from damage and the waterproof layer under facilities should  be reinforced.
 3)  Don’t put any material.machines or facilities on ready waterproof layer.and  don’t touch the waterproof layer with any sharp objects in order to prevent the  waterproof layer from damage.
 

8.Storage:
 Different  items.models.dimensions and grades should be stored separately.
 Store  the products in a dry and ventilated place with the storage temperature less  than 50?.and products should be placed upright and stacked no more than two  layers.
 Keep  products in an upright position during transportation..avoid incline and cross  squeeze between rolls.
 The  shelf-life is one year under normal storage condition.not be more than one  year.
